Desktop!

K, I kinda have a huge situation here.

My desktop is gone!! My computer starts up and then it just stops - i have my wallpaper, but no icons or a task bar. I can only open programs through task manager.

What the hell....?

Any help appreciated.

CTRL + ALT +DEL... close anything that doesn't look too good 😬

also, run msconfig and get rid of anything in your startup that shouldn't be there.

and try running C😬 and accessing your desktop from there

Ok, what do i press to run msconfig. I have no task bar or icons. 🙁

Absolutely nothing.

on file manager, go file > New Task > Run > msconfig

Spyware, I assume. Either that or conflicting software/drivers. S'happened to me before.

if it's conflicting software, the best to do is to find out what the software was that caused it of course, twill save a lot
