Good Riddance by Green Day is incredibly sad, yet happy at the same time. I love that songs confusion.

My Immoral by Evanescense is quite depressing, but great.

Behind Blue Eyes (both versions) is pretty emotional too.

My fave has to go to All Apologies by Nirvana.
