I haven't read Spawn on a regular basis in a while..so he over came that deflect huh?

spawn has power FROM hell, heaven and EARTH{not the universe}, well dont u think hed be outclassed by a beeing whose on par with those that MAKE hell, heaven and the UNIVERSE{not the earth}

yes, yes i do
that's why i made the match 😎

bump

Spawn is actually catered to take down the average GL. I mean besides counting on his version Penance Stare. He can install great amount of fear thanks to his empathy. This spells trouble against the average GL. I am not to certain how it would stack up against Hal though.

Hal Takes down 1st with relative ease. 3rd age puts up a good fight. King of Hell, and God Spawn decimate Hal.

season 1 spawn vs normal gl Jordan, jordan beats him down like a little girl while spawn is asking God WHY???????

Haven’t both Hal and Spawn had even more significant upgrades even since their Godlike incarnations of 2009?

Not entirely sure. I personally think it would be a good fight depending on the incarnations

Hal can die, Al can't. Al can also teleport inside of other people's bodies like he did to Overtkill, and burst out of them, not to mention that Spawn has become a lot more powerful. My vote goes to the one that can't die by conventional means. Spawn ftw.

What if we’re talking God of Light Hal

Why would anyof those titles matter to a guy that can't truly be hit by a killing blow? Spawn isn't a natural creature. Read the last 25 issues of his ongoing series (best story in comics over the last decade IMO). Spawn has the Angels of Heaven, and the Demons of Hell trapped on Earth, and shitting themselves to the point that they've decided to work together. Any supernatural, or natural creature that he has killed in the past can be resurrected by him, not to mention that he can become immaterial and teleport into peoples bodies. Spawn is no longer using his physical body to do power stunts, he's using the full potential of his necro flesh which has an extremely deep well of power to pull from. I don't want to say an infinite amount of power at his disposal, but he has yet to reach a limit. After Al Simmon's died, he used the time to learn from all of his mistakes and past victories. This means that whatever he did in the past can easily be done in the present.
