Brie is a mold-ripened, whole-milk cheese with a whitish rind and a soft, light yellow center. It's named after the region it comes from in France. It's quite delightful and is delicious in a baguette with some mango chutney, advocado and crispy, smokey bacon.

I've too have never eaten the cheese, Fromunda, but I hear it is an acquired taste...
