More news on the MPAA crackdown

The MPAA is really getting aggressive cracking down on illegal movie downloads. Check out this press release:

On January 12th, the Intellectual Property Investigations Bureau (IPIB) of the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department (Hong Kong Customs) arrested a 38-year old Chinese man suspected of uploading three Motion Picture Association (MPA) member company titles onto a peer-to-peer (P2P) network forum.

MPAA just needs to a good kick in the rump.....All of them.

Hopefully they only go after the uploaders though...

Only the uploaders, because they're the ones who pirate the downloaded films in the first place...

I've read that the MPAA is also threatening legal action against users who are downloading movies.
