Sorry, but I'm unfamiliar with the 1st character. However, he does resemble strongly by name to the Metal Gear Solid character Pliskin, aka Solid Snake. I read somewhere he is a rip off your character who was in "Escape from NY."

I like Snake Plisken but I'm going to have to go with Punisher on this one.
