Isn't it just some lookalike extra with makeup that makes him look even more like Tarkin? I remember seeing a pick last year, on TFN.

What I was amazed by was the fact that 'Turbo Tank Driver' will indeed be in ROTS 😆 😆 Makes you wonder why they don't list 'baby luke' and 'baby leia' figures 😆 maybe star wars types aren't into really tiny figures 😛
