I would also pair up Namor and Wolverine. Would be nice to see their personalities clash.

Hawkeye and Black Cat. I think they'd make a good pair, not sure what train of thought led me to put them together, but it would work out well, I think.

Juggernaut and Lobo(Think about the bar room brawls these guys would cause.)
My favorite idea though is Deathstroke and Midnighter.
Two Kick*ss guys who are considered some of if not the best at what they do and there would be alot of comedy in it as well.
