In DC, yahweh (god) is the most powerful, and genesis has a power similar, if not equal to him. He was the reason that god abandonned the DCU, because he was afraid of genesis. He was one of the more powerful beings in the DCU. As soon as he was created, god and all of the host of heaven locked him away because of their fear of him.
