mpeg to dvd help!

could someone help me please
i wanna put my football mpeg video clips onto dvd
how can i do this?

well you usually have a program that takes clips either your DV camera or VCD and convert it into DVD...like videowave for example. what kind of programs do you have?

i downloaded the clips off the net
when i try and drag the files onto nero...it wont have it
i think i need a converter program of some sort

TMPGEnc is a good program. You can download it on the internet at a few places.

I also recommend TMPGEnc plus 😄

cheers 🙂

but it takes lots of time to convert yawn

depends how good you want the quality 😉

the best of course 😛

i converted 1 file and dragged the file onto nero...it woudnt work

Erm....... i think you have author the dvd
Try a free program called IFOEdit

sod it...too much hassle lol

It only takes a few minutes!

Open IFOEdit. Then, go to DVD Author menu and select Author new DVD. Select the files, video(m2v), and audio(mp2). Then your destination, then ok. Takes a few mins for it to do its job.

Open Nero-drag all the files into Video_ts. DONE!

thanx kael

i cant put more than one video clip on nero..
why?

You would be better creating a SVCD with Nero. It doesn't do DVD's well.

off topic but can someone tell me how i could shrink this pic and use it has my avatar?
when i shrink the pic...the image stops movin

No idea if this will work but,
You could try joining all your clips together, then put them on nero and see if that works.

Or you could try and burn with multisession enabled. Once you've burnt one clip go back and put the next one on. etc.

Are all the versions of that free?

I've been trying to get some stuff from my computer onto a dvd, what type of dvd should I use to burn it on to the dvd.

Yes.

Not sure i understand what your asking. So... I say a normal DVD-R disc 😕 Or did you mean NTSC or PAL DVD's ? If so doesn't really matter.
