There's a downloadable action from some site, you just need the basic knowledge of using photoshop actions...let me try and find the link...

do they have it for MAC? cuz i am running mac OSX and alot of that stuff is only for windows..

All I could find right now is the very long way...non action, so it should work on the mac...it'll take a while but if you're commited, you can do it.

I have an idea about this concept. I like that sig and would want it, only it needs to be more evil to match my name. 😛 Is it possible on the left side, the have a pic of Anakin with the saber glowing blue, and to the right, the other side is glowing red with a pic of Darth Vader?

do you have the specific pictures in mind? That would make it alot easier.

Yep, exactly. 😛 Same format and all, just anakin on the left with design blue instead of green, and Vader to the right with red. 🙂
