Their was an offensive member with a bad signature, name, and avatar, all of his posts were deleted in their entirety.

Sigs are relatively easy to make.
Use your fave photo imaging program (mine of course is Photoshop), and create a new image roughly an inch in height and 3-4 inches in length. Everyone has their own preference in size, so make your palette accordingly.
Then, open up images that you want to use for your sig and design it to your tastes. When you save the sig, be sure to save it at a small file size (the one I made for Padme a few pages ago clocked in around 12k).
