i'd have to say that the bad thingy from Jeepers Creepers, just because it was so damn rediculous that it grew wings. same with Peenywize from IT. turning into a bug was damn ridiculous

The rock star ZOmbie/ghost guy from Trick or Treat, is up there too. That whole film is ridiculous.

okay. "silent night deadly night part 3 (or 4)" anyhow first movie, kid sees partens murdered by buddy dressed as santa. grows up dresses like sants killes a bunch of ppl. then he gets shot. then the second movie is him lying in bed hooked up to machines, its bacially a commerical for the first movie. anyhow, i think he gets up and gets shot in the head this time. then this one, he is lying in a hospiat with this round plexy glass orb covering his exposed brain..(snicker.lol) he is lying in a coma, while his doc. decides to attemp a mind meeting between him and some blind psychic girl, which in the end wakes him up. its really very awful, and he was basically acting like the zombies in 'shean of the dead"..makes me laugh..
i have to say tho, if your renting any of the "silent night deadly night" movies don't pass up the one with micky rooney. that good entertainment. (along the lines of holloween 3, totally unrelated but intresting)

I voted for the Vehicles.

Chucky comes a close second, because as has been pointed
out before, one can just kick him away. He basically operates
on surprise, so take that away and he's got nothing.

But another silly and laughable villian was "Jack Frost". Boy,
that movie was terrible.

yeah i saw the ads for that and thought "i am NEVER going to watch that movie...EVER!"
