Do you feel unavoidably compulsed to write such hostile and insulting retorts?
If you feel you can do better then create your own thread and see how if fairs.
In the mean time have a little respect for the other posters here, after all, its not JUST about the poetry.
Its communitive sharing of life experience and emotion. It takes alot of courage to bare all in public and if you cant appreciate that then this is not the place for your torid comments.
Hostility and discourtesy breeds the same.
Treat others how you wish to be treated in return and you will find that your posts hold more weight here and you will be more welcome.

No, it's perfectly avoidable, I just don't avoid it, I come on to this board and I say what i think, no matter what it's about or who it's about.
I shall perhaps create my own thread, but certainly not on command. I gave a piece of actual constructive criticism, which was of course ignored.
I will not be told who and who not to respect, respect is earned, I don't respect you and I don't respect the thread starter as you've displayed no deserving characteristics. You may well come back with a retort that you don't respect me, I'll give you a reply to that before you say it - I don't care, it's perfectly fine by me.
DW may treat me anyway they like, it really doesn't matter at all.

The Holidays that we seem to forget
Not a thought to Mom as we grind on
"Life's a long song" seems to play strong
She brought you to the world and kept you
Hoped you'd remeber all she taught you
She might have passed on to the Far Shore
Or still running around, though slower than before
You may ne'er have known the loving of a mom
Cry "Mutter!" in the dark, Dad dressing you for prom
I'll tell ya from experience she's a beast and a master
But she'd always be there to pull my butt out of my disaster
So give thanks however you can and find someone to squeeze
Without good old mom, there'd be no hope for you or me!
