We could make some membership cards and send them out in secret to the members, and if one of the members gets in trouble, and another member is able to get them out of it, then they sould do so.

It could grow to be a worldwide 'secret' society, like the freemasons or something like that

what kind of trouble are we talking about bailing other people out of now?

For example. If one member is arrested and another member is a judge, they have to aquit the accused member.

Or if one member is a bank manager and another member is in financial difficulty, they have to cut them some slack.
