STAR WARS GAMER: Boba Fett's Child & Jangotat's Child

WTF?
Can someone help me, 'cause I'm utterly lost on this subject.
I was searching the net for some info, and I stumbled across posts on TF.N that Boba Fett had a kid, and that Jangotat (an ARC Trooper) had a kid, and that this info. came out of SW: Gamer. 🙄
Can someone explain this to me?

In a SW Tales comic book I got from the library, it has a story with a picture of Boba with a child... I'll try and get the book again, and scan the picture.
