I want to see an ultimate Banshee..and the Phanax the aliens that absorb stuff they were cool...and of course an ulitmate Cable.

ultimate Punisher has briefly appeared in Ultimate Spiderman...I want to see Ultimate Vision, Cannonball, Scorpion and Vulture...Harry Osborne is gonna become Ultimate Hobgoblin in a couple of months though.

Ultimate Cable would ROCK!!!

Ultimate Galactus and Silver Surfer would be the best.

Ultimate Asgard and other asgardian 'gods' would also be good.
