That's the Sentry. Superman powerful kind of hero. That's about all I know about him. Though there is a graphic novel out called the Sentry that's all about him, it was original a Marvel Knights Title. From what I've heard the book was amazing, so it's probably worth the money to check out. Need to do that myself.

Yeah Sentry is now part of the new avengers.

From what I can guess of the link name for the second character, whose picture is a broken link, it's the mystery Avenger. Not sure who it is, most people say it's Daredevil in a new outfit. Bendis says it wasn't, but he's a bald hack, I don't trust his input even when it comes to his own titles.
