Flowing Tears
They changed their singer recently for their latest album so I wanted to see if I could warm to her before recommending this band, and I have, so voila.
I like their music a lot. They're not geniuses or anything, but still very pleasant to listen to. A word of warning though, they sound a hell of a lot like Lacuna Coil, except German instead of Italian. They've even progressed the same way as Lacuna Coil; getting more heavy and less dreamy with each album. Both their singers, Stefanie Duchéne (first four albums) and Helen Vogt (new album) have lovely, melancholy voices, quite a lot deeper than Cristina Scabbia's.
But I'm rambling. If you like Lacuna Coil, you'll like Flowing Tears, end of story. And in case you were wondering due to the Lacuna Coil comparisons, yes Helen Vogt is also hot and wisely stands infront of her slightly less attractive bandmates when posing for photos.
