ock realised the only way to get rid of all the heros was to destroy the world. he needed a device that would burn the earth to its core in seconds. he thought of a machine capable but he needed money, lots of it with electros lightning. ock then went down to the prison and ripped the gate of its hinges letting electro and rhino free. "you know where to wait for me". he then continued his way to the biggest bank in NY to make the biggest heist.

***Seriously, man, this could NOT happen. The Vault was designed to hold WAY more powerful guys than these (Dr. Octopus has been a guest of the facilities a few times himself), by Tony Stark himself. It comes complete with titanium reinforced concrete walls that are several feet thick, a fully self-contained security system (tailored to the strengths and weaknesses of each prisoner, and a full compliment of commando/prison guards wearing a version of Iron-Man's armor (in a nice shiny green color). If the others want to let this one go, I'm fine with it, but Doc Ock COULD NOT do this in the comics.***

ock went to NY bank and started to rip the vault out but was stopped by a loud gunshot "hands up!" said a security officer. ock took the vault door out and smacked him with it and chucked it out side reveiling over 9 million in cash and 5 million worth in gold bars. after 5 minutes of loading it into his bags he left, crushing people as he went. "no one can stop me now!" he thought. just then spider-man swung down and kicked him in the torso sending him flying backward. ock got up pissed. he sent his tentacles up and threw him away. but ock was stopped by all the other heros. a dangerous battle now commenced
