Helicarrier overhead to scan for any more approaching super-villains. ock climbed up a building. he looked down and saw the heros having a discussion. "there going to die" ock said under his breath. ock put his tentacles behind the building and pulled a car up and was about to throw it at the heros hoping to crush them when ock heard a voice behind him: "this is the police. SURRENDER!" just then ock threw the car at the helicopter, destroying it.
"We've got trouble. Big trouble."
Spiderman was beginning to feel weak. He was going through tough physical battles, enough to tire even him. He needed rest, but knew that this was not the time for it. He told himself that he would stay low for a while, as he knew that he was most likely the main target.

ock swung his tentacle down and grabbed spidey on the head and pulled him up. he grabbed his legs and swung him 360 degrees and let go, catapulting him toward a building
"I've had enough of this," Cap growled as he catapulted himself up onto the fire escape of a nearby building. He reached the roof and ran to the edge. "Time to put this back on OUR terms."
He watched the small group of heroes attack the eight-armed villain and waited for an opening, then threw his shield with his powerful right arm, catching the distracted Dr. Octopus between the eyes and smashing his goggles. The villain began to fall backward as Cap dove across an alley to the next roof and caught his rebounding shield.
"Now! Everyone hit him with all you've got!"
Cap pumped his powerful leg muscles and dove across the next alleyway, smashing shield-first through the safety glass and landing in the middle of a startled group of office workers. He jumped up and headed for the door at the end of the hall marked "Staircase - Roof Access - Authorized Persons Only". "Send the bill for the window to Tony Stark! Avengers authorization!" he yelled to a flustered secretary as he ran by.
Cap reached the rooftop just in time to watch the blind Octopus scramble away. "Let him go!" he yelled to the pursuing heroes. "We need him free to track the transmissions!"
He walked out onto the roof and pulled out his Avengers CommCard again. "Avengers Priority Clearance Alpha, Captain America. I need a track on the fleeing Dr. Octopus. Have Jarvis scramble a QuinJet to my location, and transmit the target coordinates to the on-board flight navigation systems. We'll follow his broad-band transmissions from the air and zero in on the originating beacon."
He looked at the battered group of heroes, especially the small, muscular form of Spider-Man. "You guys look pretty beat, but I think we may be able to find out who's behind these attacks. You up for it?"
Moments later, an Avengers QuinJet screamed out of the surrounding skyline and dropped into a stable hover a few feet over the rooftop gathering of heroes. A boarding entryway opened under the belly of the plane with a hydraulic hum, and Cap waved his hand toward the gang plank.
"All aboard," Cap said. "We'll follow Dr. Octopus from the air, then see if we can backtrack his transmissions to the source and find out who's the idea-man behind these attacks." Cap was the last to board as the heroes climbed in.
