seriously though.... theres this lady I know.... I like her a lot, and she likes me, but we're just friends atm.... you know, take the kids places, etc... do you think it would be ok (or wise) for me to ask her if she wants to go out for the evening as friends.... or will she think I'm trying to make a move on her.... ??

Valentine's Day will be like every other day for me. No better no worse.

The only reason I'm slightly bitter about it this year is because of recent events. Besides that, just a day to me.

It's a commercialism thing but for to those who celebrate it and make it a good night, enjoy 🙂.

That's just how it seems to be when I was in high school, and at work now. It's always blah blah "oh so hot, he's got a *whatever sports car* and what not", and I forgot, this is when I'm at the Service Desk like a dog, and while my 5 co-workers, all girls, get to do this in the middle of infield, while I get a lecture almost for being caught by my female managers while TALKING to one of my friends who is a girl. So I don't know what it is, maybe it's me, maybe I'm just born with that "friend, going to be a best friend to some girl and hear about ALL her boyfriends one day" gene in my brain, that doesn't let me get the guts to ask any valued questions.

A concussion and sleep sounds good. 😛

For me, it has become a...tradition if you like, to be single on Valentines day - Im usually in a relationship before and after, but never on Valentine's day.
