where is the "music" television...? 😕

what is up with all these teen / early twenty shows with preppy, spoiled, rich kids...like the Real World, Sorority Life, Laguna Beach... ok so on...

Tonight there was a show on called "My Sweet Sixteen"... about these girls who get to have a big overblown party on their 16th...blah blah blah

of course, at one point one girl casually, with out batting an eye lash, says her party will cost her parents, roughly $100,000....hey! no big deal!

why does MTV put out these shows??, to make us wish we were like these people... it's all just crap!

Yeah, it sucks alright... I've always found it amusing how the people on "Real World" live in such a huge house, have jobs that require almost no actual work, and spend most of their time on the beach or at bars. Real my left nut. 😐

when I turned 16 - i had all my really good friends over - and my parents bought like 10 pizzas and sodas... it was great...and innocent 😮

when I turned 21 - i did X and got wasted with my a couple friends and....i dont remember the rest...

Back in the day when musicians were actually dominant on MTV is wasn't bad. With the original headbangers ball etc.

What I don't understand is that people come here, ***** and moan about how shit it is, yet can somehow name every reality show on there and the people from it.
