Make your own Exiles/Weapon X

ok enough tension here they are:

each team will consist of 7 members, and there power levels will work as follows: 2 dare devil/black panther level (powerfull street)
2 spiderman/wolverine level (enhanced human)
2 thing/iceman level (super human)
1 hulk/magneto/surfer level (cosmic)

but wait there is more: each character MUST have a list of powers (duh..) but in that list they must have a direct comparason of powers to an already existing hero (example an enhanced human who is is strong as spiderman, and can shoot beams as powerful as cyclops's eyes)
under stand?

also the cosmic lvl characters can be twice as powerful as a normal character of that lvl ( example if you have a changed version of hulk, he can be twice as strong as normal hulk) or can have like a mix (magnetos magnetic power, plus a healing factor)

and all heros need a background story, perferably describing how there powers changed, so we dont get random stuff ok?

thats pretty much it, i will post my team momentaraly to give sort of a better idea.

i will post another thread in the VS forum for the naming/picking of the teams, these rules will be included.

also i would like someone else to pick the machups who is not participating, because i dont want to seem bias

ok heres my team!!!

mantis- her plant powers have evolved and she can now use the plant properties to aid her in battles(throwing big thorns acting as spikes and throwig vines out of her wrists that act like tentacles) and she can control and talk to plants to find out where her enemy is. her fighting skills are as they were in 616.

black cat- in this universe her powers were more powerful than ever. her luck powers were more powerful than domino's and longshots. she naturally can give her team good luck and the other bad luck. she can also focus her powers more now by saying things(gun backfire, get a bad cramp, projectile return to sender, trip, miss ect ect). her fighting skills are also the same.

callisto-this version of callisto is almost the same except she never made the morlocks and became an x-man instead. this improved her already way above average fighting skills and her already super strength. she has her ogiginal powers(way super senses and super speed and reaction time, tentacles) but she is also stronger, faster and smarter than normal. one different thing is that the weapon x program tried to get her. they did the whole healing factor thig, and the senses enhancing thing(only adding power to her already existing ones) but when they tried to infuse her w/ adamantium the process only half way worked. yes she got parts of it in he body but not a lot of it so this gives her a little resistance to injury.

elktra- in this reality elektra mastered all martial arts known to man. she studied hard on all the pressure points of the body. knowing thses she can easily take down powerful foes. but in this thread she was captured by an orginization that tried to get rid of mutants, not knowing she wasn't one. her body rejected the serum cause she isn't a mutant and gave her powers of her own. now she has super strength(5 tons), can fly, and has a healing factor.

she-hulk- in this reality when jen(she-hulk) was in a coma, bruce(hulk) gave her more blood than she needed thereby making her stronger and more powerful than she was in the 616 universe. not only does she get her powers that she has in the 161(over 100 tons, healing factor, and super high invulnerability. ) but she gets stronger by the minute like the hulk. she retains her normal intelligence as well.

emma frost- in this reality emma never got the oppurtunity to join the hellfire club, they chose another telepath over her. the feeling of rejection enraged her to the point that she pushed her powers to the max and she became 5 times more powerful than she never dreamed of. she is greater than xavier in the 616 universe and almost no one can matvh her when it comes to telepathy. cnsumed w/ power she taight her mind to use telekinesses. she only has a limited form of telekinesis but she is trying to improve it. she retains her diamod form like in the 161 universe and has taught herself to use telepathy while in diamond form. she can't use her full power of telepathy in diamond form but she can use a great amount.

storm-in this reality storm inherited the phoenix force instead of jean. the phoenix force changed her powers dramatically. now she is purely like mother nature. she now has atmospheric control(far greater weather control) as well as full control of earth's elements(wind, fire, earth, water). w/ this full control over water she gains abilities like iceman, and w/ full control over earth, she gains abilities like magma, and w/ full control over fire she gains abilities of both human torch, and pyro. her weather powers have also come to become more and more powerful. now she can ecen turn into the weather(lightning, wind, hail, snow). ever since the phoenix force she is fully connected to the weather as well as earth. she controls plant life cause its also part of the earth(wood, thorns vines). also her natural psionic scrambler has been greatly enhanced.

ok elektra and black cat are my street levels. mantis and callisto are my enhanced humans. she-hulk and emma frost are my super powered. and storm is my cosmic. is my team good to go in the tournment??

this is not as detailed as it should be but here is my team to use a guidline

Street:
Blade: Twice as strong as normal blade (2 tons), everything else the same.

Dare Devil: Born blind, a mutant, was int he xmen, loud noises dont hurt him, bullet prof vibrianium suit via warpanther

Enhanced human:
Castle: Punnisher with venom sybiot. Class 40, as fast and agile as spidey, no webs.

Warpanther: Black panther in a mix of Warmachine and black panther armour. Class 10 (as strong as spydy) can fly, has machine guns. everything else same as normal panther.

Superhuman:
Chill: pretty much the same as AoA iceman

Remy: From same universe as chill, leader of that universe's xmen. Same as gambit exept explosions are 10xs bigger and more powerfull, vibrainium suit via war panther, expert fighter.

Cosmic Power:
Onslaught X: prof. X able to control onslaught. weaker than normal onslaught (as strong as Ultimate colossus, class 100+), no magnetic powers, same telepathy as profeser X.

storm your team is pretty good, but she hulk and emma are too strong, also storm is too strong.

try to keep the cosmic lvl people to herald lvl (like surfer)

there i changed emma and she-hulk a little.

dont post them here, and as far as storm goes, still to powerfull, you cant have all of those powers.

and i cant seem to see a differance in the other too. try to make your team as close to my team in power as possible

well are people gonna have people like surfer or current magneto?? if so then teams will need powerful people

the storm you made seemed much much more powerfull than surfer or magneto, the pheonix alone under jeans power is almost too strong for that category

alright how bout the phoenix force inhabited storm and her powers changed. she is now connected to the weather fully by controlling it and manipulating it and can turn her body into it. the phoenix also jumpstarted another power enabling her to control earths elemts also(earth, wind, water, fire)

well the extent that you mentioned seemed to be much too powerfull, then again, i could up the power level, but then the other teammates wouldnt matter much

My team is complete but , their is someone more sinister pulling the strings , the recruiter is playing the emotions of the team members to atchevie his own plans of complete damnation of all existence.

Power Man- Tony stark, the richest man in the world .He is an adrenalin addict , loves to go sky diving and bungie jumping what have you. His latest hobby is stock car racing. In an 4 car crash Mr. Stark is rendered paralyzed from the waste down. This man with unlimited financial power is reduced to a shell of his formal self. In different dimensions tony stark makes a super armored suit to counter act his varies disability. In this dimension Mr Stark hires hundreds of researchers , mercs , thieves, mutants and other undesirables. He is driven to become the most physically powerful man on earth. researchers gather information on such things as the super solider serum , several other biogenetic upgrades from the dismantled weapon X program. He has enquired all of these and several other power enhancing serums and artifacts.. but the piece de resistance the gem of cytarakk. when he hires the hulk and Thing to retrieve the gem from the juggernaut tony finaly gets his armor. and becomes the most powerful man on earth, he tests his power out and completely flattens his mercenary's hulk and thing with in minutes. Mr stark now goes only by the name Power man , the hero of earth! He has beaten all comers. A true hero. but one thing drives this man Power. He was defeated by a being claiming to hold the power of the universe the infinity gauntlet. Tony start distraught from his loss, "how could any one beat me? " A strange being comes to his side, and tells him that their our countless universes , and countless power gems that he could add to his collection and return here to face off with his rival who defeated him so easily. He signs up.

Oryan Forge- In this time line Forge and Storm did go threw with there wedding, They had 3 sons , Oryan, Kento, and Theo. All of who where huge assets to the X-team even at a young age. Kento Inherited His mothers powers of weather control, it was more fine tuned and not effected by emotions and was trained under Xavier directly. Kento had no apparent powers. and Oryan the oldest brother inherited his fathers powers, and was thought directly by his father for 15 years, forge teaching his son everything he knew of his powers he surpassed all expectations. Oryans centerpiece invention was The time chamber. A training room much like the one he had seen on a jap cartoon show . Where it hindered reality and every minute out side of the chamber would equal rufly a day inside the chamber. Orayn was testing his invention and was determined to spend a week inside of his chamber designing as many inventions as he could. and although his mutant power did not affect anything physical he trained in his fighting skills. He walked out of the time chamber feeling very happy with his work arms full of blue prints and sketches. he received only shock as he returned to the ground level of the mansion. it had been destroyed. he was only greated by a half dead wolverine who had wanted to return to the mansion die alone, he tells teh boy oryan that everyone is gone....dead...onslaught...xaviar. then drops dead. oryan can do nothing but cry,for the next 10 years he lived in the time chamber, only leaving to get supply's for his creations. Blaming himself , maybe if he wasn't wasting time with his secret invention he could of helped some how, or at least saved his family members. he salvaged what he could of logans body and recreated his mutant gene healing factor, it isn't permanent but he has made a serum that would give him an advanced healing factor. and has the chemical means the make a synthetic animantium. All the while failing to make a time machine , he planed on takeing out xaviar. He is approached and recruited and told that this is the way he can save everyone by taking out xaviar in the past. he is tricked into the team by thinning he can save his family. Oryan helps his team by creating such things as the webshooters, anamantiom bullets and armor inhancers, genetic excalerators. telporting devices, and training rooms like the time chamber and danger room.

The Punisher- This man Frank castle is as you know him in 616. Here he as exacted revenge on the murderers of his family .and countless others who have committed crimes against others. He is recruited be means of being informed of countless multi-universes in witch he would be able to kill the killers of his son and wife over and over again. Frank secretly has plans to take out members of his own team.

Nobody - In the 616 Nobody is peter parker spider-man. In this alternative universe , Nobody starts off as plane old peter just learning about his new power. After his wrestling match spider-man witnesses a robbery at first lets the guy go buy, hey im no superhero he thought. but a second thought came to his mind, in true spidey fashion, a thought bubble, "hey why am i wasting my time doing these wrestling matches, I need to make some real money, and whats better then stealing from a crook? i mean its not really stealing is it?" so before this crook could do the deed of taking out uncle ben spidey puts beat down on him an takes home the money. come home hours later and uncle ben and aunt may are watching the evening news, as peter walks up to his room he here's the story of the robbery in witch the promoter was killed. Aunt may comes up to tuck in peter and shut the bed room light off.and notices a big bag full of money, may and ben are floored and turn peter in. The cops come busting in to an alerted spider sense and a fight breaks out, stray bullets from nypd take out both may and ben parker. in a rage peter kills the whole squad that came to take him in. for years peter now lives in hiding, desperately trying to make up for the mistakes he has made. In this universe peter has a score to settle with all forms of police and has slaughtered his share up super heroes , including this universes fantastic four the dare devil , moon knight , black cat, and the black panther . Peter is know to authority's as the serial killer Son of Satan. if you asked him he would say his name is Nobody.

Commander chief America: Born leader. armor and shield enhanced by Oryan forge. Same powers as reg. cap. More battle hardened and bitter seeking revenge for the nuclear Holocaust.

Power Man: all the great quality's of tony stark, inelegance ect. Read above for a better discription. Super enhanced by serums, herbs, magic, weapon tech. and after all that claims the gem of cytrak. All the functions of the iron man armor enhanced by oryan forge. immune to mental attacks.

Oryan forge- Able to construct and reproduce any technology. Mutant. Peak human fighting ability and trained if fire arms by the punisher.

The Punisher- Same powers as regular punisher. Enhanced by oryan forges technology , optical implants, never misses his target. Enhanced ammo and armor.

Nobody- all of spider-mans powers. He is much darker and does not hold back. Orayn desighned webshooters and webbings like explosive webbing , razor webbing, to match the spidey he knew in his world. nobody is a little crazy and kills anyone who stands in the way of what he is set out to do.

im only going to have 5, so we can do a 5 on 5 battle, also im not sure of the levels. so how bouta little help. keep in mind my weakst member is oryan foger but he bulks up all the other members.

umm now isnt the time for posting teams, but as i stated earlier i will need direct comparasons between the made up characters and real ones to decide power lvls. also if you are running short on ideas you can use already existing ones from othwer universes (no mainstreams)

so, where do we create teams now?? do we wait or something??
