Nah nah. This isn't a stomp either way you go. Barda is probably Wondy's equal in most areas, save for pure skill.

Diana has a bigger chance of BFR-ing Barda than the other way around. Mostly because she can fly.
They fought once and were pretty equal, but Diana edged Barda out.
Mister Miracle #6 [Vol.3] was the issue I believe.
Diana is faster and more skilled, in my opinion. That is pretty much why she would win as they are somewhat physically equal. I think she has a more versatile and threatening array of equipment than Barda, too.

IIRC, that was without gear. barda didn't have a mother box or mega rod. diana didn't have her lasso either.
