Lets say that They are both on some far away planet for no reason at all and they bump into each other and start tauntin each other and then a fight starts

Darkseid wins. He's stronger, tougher, smarter and don't forget his Omega eyebeams that erases one from existence.

Ahh, but his omega beam didn't work on Galactus....although Morg w/WOL would be a tougher opponent for Darkseid.

According to the link you gave Terrax would win. Terrax can launch planet sized rocks psionically. Darkseid would need more than Omega beams to deal with that.

If the Omega Beams can harm the Silver Surfer, it would also harm Terrax. But because Darkseid doesn't start with the Omega Effect, I say Terrax is able to stab him with his axe then Darkseid shoots the beams.

Darkseid's Omega Beams are liking homing missles. They lock on too a being's signature and chases him/her until they eventually hit.
