it's cause it needs to be 30k .....when you go to save it as a jpeg file a little white box thing comes up after you've named it ...hold i i'll screen cap it 4 u

red arrow = size of the file which needs to 30k or less
black arrow= reduces the file size
green arrow = quality of the file when you reduce the file size
