Well, They wouldn't kill off Jack, because Johnny Depp is really the only reason the movie is a good one (aside from Jeffry Rush). They wouldn't kill off Orlando Bloom because he brings in all the drooling 13 year olds girls, and they wouldn't kill off Kiera Knightly because she brings in all the drooling 13 year old boys...
So really, even though they might want to bring some drama, all three main characters are the major money makers of the film so they couldn't kill any of them.
But to be honest, if they were definately going to kill any of them, I'd pick Bloom because he's a dork. He can't act, he can't fight, he's not particularly cool. He's just Legolas version 2.0: the pirate model. So yeah, kill him off. Then have Elizabeth hook up with Pintel because it would be a riot.
