With bloodlust turned on and if he's got his got his guns. Castle is just going to shoot Drake. He has shot Daredevil and Spider-man he should be able to manage to tag Tim. Even if Robin dodges a shot or two The Punisher can fill the area with hundreds of rounds as well as grenades both explosive and gas/smoke.
If it degrades to fist-a-cuffs, which given that they are comic characters it likely would. Frank will still win. If hes bloodlusted he will move to injure, cripple, and maim in the most painful and efficient ways to quickly subdue his opponent. If he is not he is likely to let Robin pound on him for a while, then when he is tired of it and or Tim makes a mistake hit him with a solid single blow that either K.O Robin or comes close. We are talking about a guy ( The Punisher ) who can daze a polar bear with a punch and Spider-man with a kick. Of course once hes knocked him out he is likely going to locate Robins communicator and call Bats to tell him he has a man down.
In other words The Punisher 10/10 times in both anything goes and HtH
