Midnight Thirsties

Doesn't it suck when you wake up in the middle of the night thirsty? I'm not talking, oh, I need a drink of water. I'm talking about when it feels like 'you haven't had a drink in three days' thirsty. Odd how all that works out, really.

Anyone else experience this amazing phenomenon of thirst? shock

lol yeah it sucks i usually keep a full water bottle next to my bed

and sometimes its not even in the middle of the night, sometimes i fall asleep then wake up 5 mintutes later just dieing for water 😑

I wake up and swallow a couple of times, trying to avoid getting up and going to the kitchen. It doesn't work, so i dont fall asleep again for another half hour.

I know what you mean, I get soooo thirsty at night, it's like where does all that water go??? 😑

I always get really hungry and thirsty at like 2 am 😑

i dont get thirsty or hungry

but i do have this big urge to go to the bathroom

I've had such bouts of increddible midnight thirst in the past but luckily not for several years now! 🙂
