Guyver's blades can slice through just about anything, though whether or not it's slicing through Iron Man's armor is speculative and arguable. Guyver's mega-smasher is comparable to Iron Man's own "mega-smasher". And Iron Man has counter sonics for sonic attacks.

More likely than not he's going to be able to cut his armor as for the mega smasher vs the uni beam I would say the smasher has more raw power behind it. That was PIS, Iron Man has taken angry punches to the face from Sentry without "chipping". And not just Sentry either but a lot of beings far more powerful than Spider-man.
Leveling is forest is something Iron Man can easily do as well, the last time Iron Man used his uni-beam for widespread destruction a army of tanks and choppers and such were instantly vaporized.

A lil run down of a few of the Guyver's powers/weapons.
*Positioned on its forerarms, a Guyver has "sonic swords", organic blades, composed from thousands of micro-fine plates, layered on top of one another, each vibrating seperately. The blades can change shape; this suggests that each of the layers of the sword is actually a single molecule, which can be folded up like a "Jacob´s ladder". So far, there has been nothing that the blades can´t actually cut - except another sonic sword.
*As mentioned before, also located on the face are the small, silvery spheres of the sonic oscillator. Normally, they act as vocal synthesizers for the host, but their frequency and power output can be regulated to use them as a weapon. Not only can the "sonic buster" disable enemies by using infrasound or ultrasound, it can actually atomize them by emitting a vibration on the specific frequency of organic molecules, causing them to vibrate themselves apart.
*& The Maga Smasher, a Particle beam weapon, that dissamebales & elimiates any type of materials no matter what kind.
The guyver or Sho also has great reflexs, & dodges lasers & laser cannon, all the time, & the Guyver has great endurance & durabilty, & is way more above steel. lets not forget about the Guyver's precog.
