I thought they were all pretty good. Though the second was kinda lacking. Id give the 3rd a perfect ten on the gore. The ending certainly leaves you guessing, and overall, i loved it. I have to say this, the least they could have done was give tony todd a bigger part with the last one, or even better, let him reprise his role from the first 2.
Just Psychoboy07 Adding His Two Cents Worth
Personally, I thought the whole idea behind the movies was really creative, and kinda cool. The problem was, they just went overboard with the gore. An ideal death scene in my mind would be like the ending of Final Destination I, where the marquee thing is swinging down to crush the last two remaining guys and it immediately cuts to the credits. With that example, its just as suspenseful, minus the gore. Am I alone in wanting a gore-free Final Destination 4?

I agree.
I found the original somewhat boring. It was a little bit of a let down after seeing "FD2" and the violent and fun death scenes that in where in that film.
The car crash in the beginning of "FD2" was very well done. Alot of the death in scenes where indeed "hokey" and unrealistic, but that was the fun of it.
