Its illegal to have sexual intercourse with someone under the age of 16 (in this country anyway) and kinda frowned upon if you date someone younger than 16, why you ask?

o really? just coz theres this guy in yr 11 who, after he found out my sis was 18, claims he is 18, who i think is hot and said hed date me if iwere older, and i was just wondering if he got to know me more hed acctually go out wit me.

I doubt it, your age will be a constant factor. You never know though.
