I almost cried after school, when me and my dad drove past the theater. I wouldnt had noticed if my dad didnt say anything.
The 1st thing he said was "Yep, it's gone." and i was like "Oh noooo." in this weird, pitiful, soft (sounded like a damn child) voice.
It ticks me off bcuz now if i want to go see it I have to drive 45 minutes just to get to a theater that cost way more money that whats it's worth. spend jr_disgust

I like making sigs to, but when i make them, they are to big in kb.
the reason V didnt stay as long, is bcuz of a lot of people here didnt understand it. But for ask many meth heads we has here and in our theaters at night, who could concentrate??
Where i live holds the highest % of Meth heads in Texas (so my parents/news say)
When i saw V with my parents a Meth head was sitting next to my parents.
You could smell that shit too 😬
and my mom thinks someone has a cooking up in our neighborhood, bcuz she can smell the odor outside sometimes.
This dude i have lunch with has cooked up so much with that and crack, to where his teeth are already rotting out of his mouth. He's a cute boy, too (u'll find me glancing at him every so often) but it sad to see that happening to everyone here just about, and they dont care. The more the better for them. 😬

Jen, do you live in a very small town?
Just curious because Narnia came out on Dec. 9th, just came out on DVD this week, and there are three theaters within an hour's drive of me that I could still go see it at this weekend (all $1 theaters but still).
I know all films aren't like that but it doesn't seem like V has been out that long.
Oh cool ur have a Budget/Dollar theater, too. I can either drive about an hour to see V in one city, or i can wait 2-4 months and go to the Dollar Theaters to see it.
Yes, i live in a small town. Most of its just country road (Hick Town). I cant wait to leave this place, I want to go to NYC 😄
Not sure if i want to live there, but i sure want to go up there. I've always fantasied about it, but every time I say that to someone here, they just laugh and say it's just a waist of time. Its like they want to shatter my dream... I dont give a shit what they say about it, they dont have to go, but I am with or without them. 😬 hopefully
I want to go to Europe, too. I have my heart set on going to Berlin someday. My dad went to Germany a couple of years ago, and i was so jealous that I couldnt go with him. But he filmed the streets, landscapes, and i was in heaven just to see that 🙄
He also got to visit one of the Concentration Camps, He got to walk in some places, where they made the Jews to go in a corner (im not sure if they were blind folded) but they had to stand with their back the corner, and behind them a Nazi would lift up this thing that opened a little bit of the wall (behind them) and they'd shoot the Jews in the back of the head.
And these two guy he works with found a thigh bone at the bottom of this pound or something... That's sad and very disturbing.

Don't let anyone shatter your travel dreams. But travel as soon as you can. Once you get older and have more responsibilities, it might be more difficult (voice of experience).
I was shocked at how long Narnia stayed in theaters. Two weeks ago it was still in a full price theater (at four and a half months from release).
And we don't have any cheap theaters here in Tampa, they're 45 minutes away or more. 🙁

I could go to Harvard for a summer vaction. Tuition for 8 weeks for Screenwriting is $2,500. A year is $9,000(per semester)... eh-hell no.
I could also go to Florence, Italy(I cant speak Italian), Paris, France(ditto). Those are just the summer classes, too.
I could go to London for a year, but Im not flying over that ocean, if its just to go to a film school.
I want to go to Los Angeles Film School, mainly bcuz I like the poster 🙄
I can say I want to go places far, but I know for a fact that I probably wont leave this place. I dont know if i even want to either. Thats too far away from my home, and i have separation anxiety from my parents. And i dont think they could afford to send me somewhere far away.
Im not even sure if I want to be film maker anymore, bcuz im not sure how I could go anywhere, bcuz of the money thing, and i dont do school sports; Im not involved with any serious clubs; I dont make great grades, so a scholarship is pretty much out of the question for my future.
