I did not know that "cock" meant "rooster" until my English class today.
In our English books there was a painting in it with a boy on one of those toy horse things and it was called like "Riding the Cock Horse" and every *GUY* in my class about died.
I thought it was funny but it wasnt THAT funny. I smiled, but one dude's face was purple... I the guys feel a sensation to hear that word 🙄

guys in general dont care what you call them, so long as you call them.
What a bittersweet day at work today. I work in the accounting department of the parent holding company for the electric company in Tampa. The people who rang the bell at the close of the New York Stock Exchange today are all people I know (4 of which work on the same floor that I do - one's a pr*ck but the others are friends).
Then we get an e-mail that one of our apprentice lineman is in the hospital because an energized line made contact with his truck and he sustained serious burns. He is "critical, but stable".
