I couldnt stop laughing during that scene the first time i saw it. 😛

Glad you liked it, the film is pretty close to the book (the whole melting twaterfall scene is exclusive to the film). The book is an easy read and not super long (180-ish pages).

I may give it a shot, I can't wait to see the next movie.

I think my fav part of the movie is when The Whitewich asked if Aslan would keep his part of the deal, and he roared at her and she instantly sat down.😂

That was one of my favorites too, as well as how she ended up at the end of the film. Her wearing Aslan's mane into the battle was the last straw for me. 😠 😠 😠

how did i not notice that, oh well.

i wish i could have seen Aslan killer her, all they show is him baring down on her head, but i guess imagination is used in that part by the viewer.🙂

Yes, they wanted a PG rating for the family audience aspect (the book series was written for children and Disney was banking on a large family audience; probably a large Christian audience as well).

By the way, thanks for blowing the ending for those that have yet to see it but may still want to. 😠 😂

I was very pleased with the visual effects in general; though there are a couple of green screen shots I would have had fixed by DVD release if I had my way. They did a fantastic job on Aslan; especially his facial features and emotions.

meh, I don't care, it's a really good movie, and people like spoilers all the time.

Yeah, I like the way they did Aslan too, there were blurs and stuff, but the cgi was very good, i like the beavers, they were funny.🙂

It was the way you could tell exactly what emotion he was feeling that amazed me; happy, sad, angry, it all worked. The beavers were good for comic relief, but weren't that funny in the book.

I don't know if ILM did any of the work on Aslan; there were three visual effects companies that worked on the film.

I read all 7 books when I was a kid; it was my favorite book series and The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe was my favorite of the books, most likely because it was the first I read. I have re-read them since the movie came out, and I am in the process of reading them all to my five year old girl. We are currently on the third book in the series.
