Who, hey Ast, how did you like the movie? As for myself, its good to see a deceant portail of Superman since the last one tweenty years ago. If you ask me Lois and Clark, and Smallville arent Superman, its the big screen that makes the hero. I wanted him to die at the end so much though. Would have gotten the spin-off characters, notice the blood on Lex Luthors Krptonite? Super-Boy anyone, since he is a clone. And Jac, I am Superman to your Lex, how ironic.
I thought it was great, maybe a little slow at times. It was much funnier than I expected. I noticed they cut too much stuff out though, Im crossing my fingers for a directors cut.
Routh was terrific, I liked his version of Clark more than Reeve's, Reeve was a little over the top. As far as Superman, the two of them are pretty even, Routh's version seemed to have a little more emotion.
Lex was hilarious and evil, something I didnt think would work, I thought it would either be full comedy(Hackman) or pure evil(Smallville).
The effects were great, you could notice them, but not near as bad as Spiderman movies. There were some beautiful shots/scenes, especially Superman recharging in the sunlight, and him listening in space.
