How come in Ep.1 Ani told JarJar to stay way from the "Engery Binders(w/e he called them)" bcuz he'd go numb...

but in Ep.II, when Ani and Obi both when through them they didn't go numb....

and dont say "bcuz they're Power Cufflings" bcuz one of the heads of the 2 headed dude called them that also in Ep.1
