i didn't, i always hate causing attention or act out in front of people. I sat in the chair put my right arm on the armrest to get the shot. squeezed the other arm rest with my left hand. Held my breath (that was a mistake), tears where coming out of my eyes, but i never sad a word. I was calm.
After the woman was all finished. i stood up walked two feet.. Cold sweat, couldn't breath(correctly), turned pale. got dizzy, and almost past out.
they had to get me a cold rag and water, and watched me for about 2-3 minutes, laying in a chair (that was very uncomfortable)
I don't know why i almost fainted, i was trying to be calm. but i guess i couldn't beat the phobia this time. Last time i almost fainted too, but that time i was sick. My mom say the top of my lip was green.
I was so embarrassed. Then after I felt better my mom wouldn't let go of me/my arm, until we got to the car.

it f'kn sucks, becasue i'm suppost to half way finish a painting tonight, so i can give it to my teacher, but i cant hold my arm straight 😬
