I did when I had my naval done (I had to take that out though, it rejected)

and I nearly did when I had my nose done and again nearly half way though my tattoo.

not allowed to be under the infulence of any substance. they wont pierce you if they think you are, they risk their licence to do so.

I thought that was how most piercings and tattoos happen. 😂

we'll I dont know how things operate in the states but that isnt how it is done here. piercers and tattooists take alot of pride in their work, espcially as word of mouth is the biggest form of advertisement for the parlors. so they want you to have great looking, healthy additions to your body. a good rep is half the work.
