i made the layout in photoshop.

and then i open it in Notepade and work my magic. wish i still had Dream Weaver.

I only use Dream Weaver when there's a mistake in my codes and i cant find it.

I have used UI based applications for VisualBasic.NET, even with that it is hard for me.

i usually jsut go to google and copy HTML/css codes. xP
