Well, you could atleast go for the incompitant cop defence. If they can't get your name right on the ticket, they are clearly too incompitant to be a police officer. Alittle fancy wordsmanship (Yes, I just coined that word, and now it is my favorite word. 😄) and I bet you could wriggle yourself out of having to pay Sherman's ticket.
