Birthday Countdown!

Oh moi goodness already!
After talking to a few peeps about drums and whatnot, I've finally decided on these drums to suprise the WeeOne. In black even since he's taken after his mommy and has an affection for black.
It sounds like a good kit for him to start on. And further down the line we can replace whatever we need to replace to make them sound completely sweet. If anything at all, I do know he'll need at the very least Zildjian cymbals. Worse case scenario, should he decide he doesn't want drums afterall...then I'll learn me how to play some drums!

I should have known my complete exhaustion would culminate into full on illness of some kind. On Monday night I picked up my little guy from my parents after work. He was fine. Within an hour of getting him home, he started complaining his head hurt and then not even 15 minutes later, he was throwing up this that and the other thing. It was so bad I was half expecting his head to turn full circles on his shoulders and two priests to suddenly show up chanting “The power of Christ compels you…”
