I'm not sure, this is a pretty good one, sans mind-raping telepathy. If Venom can get his mitts on Cable and suffocate him with his symbiote, Eddie would win obviously, from a distance, and with his weaponry, Cable could take it. Fairly even I think. Venom has more variety and durability in his powers, but Cable has way more training.

umm the new version of venom can retain all of cables memories through a single touch, thus venom would be able to easily find out about any of cables weaknesses, training, etc etc....and anything else that cables can remember about his own life.

Cable...and it don't matter what verison..Regular, god like, old Xmen cartoon verison..it doesn't matter cable beyond a shadow of a doubt.

cable may not know venom was after him until he got ripped open, venom has a camoflage ability the makes him pretty much invisible, plus he's fast, strong and can move extremely quietly, if not silently, plus telepathy may not work well on an alien symbiotic being
