Anybody take Latin?

Is this Latin? It's been a while and I only took Spanish. What does this mean?

i believe the first word is 'everything' but not sure

I think it translates as 'The End is nigh' - Everything ends soon.

I could read it because I was taught in school but never got interested enough to actly learn how to say it in words.JM
