If there was a stealth or stealing mission them storm should lead it!! Storm had been stealing way before gambit started. storm started at like the age of five!! She became the best theif and pickpocket in all of Cairo egypt!!!. She even pickpocketed xavier when she was really young, and xavier is a telepath!! Also storm stole candras heart at a very young age!! that is why they wer enemys. I think storm is a way better leader, x-man, and theif.

Storm stole from gambit, a little while after they met she easily picketpocketed him. Also a young girl did when he and jean went to cairo with her/. Storm is the one that noticed and got his wallet bcak for him. Also when gambit steals things fomr aa building or something he uses equiptment a lot. storm does it out of pure skill. Its not easy to become the best theif in cairo. Was gambit ever that famous for stealing anything??
Hey, hey, now, young and stupid, the lady he made fall in love with him stole that necklace herself using the same tactic and he did not in any way expect that she would end up dead over it. One of his many mistakes. He saved Marrow's life, so she should cut him some slack because obviously he did not intend on dead morlocks, and he began stealing at 5 too, when he was in New Orleans he was homeless at 5 and stole to survive and he did on his own for a few years until he was adopted. I think Gambit is a better theif because he is the one they turn too first and he has broken into many a famus building, he has stolen paintings that were pricless, well, the Theives Guild, that's what they did for a living. He lead a team called the X ternals, yeah I'm pretty sure that is the one, he had a girlfriend in the team too, it was while Rogue was with Magneto I think. He stole all kinds of stuff for different people I'm pretty sure he even stole equipment from Sinister's labs to appease New Son, that's stiff and there's other stuff too. He has morals, he just had to grow inot them I guess, the X Men helped that and he got inot that by helping Storm and he helped her because he's a good guy and he loves kids, so he was never that bad and is all good now anyway.
yeah but storm is just as good, storm was alone and started stealing at five also!! she became the best theif and pickpocket in all of cairo egypt which is a huge place. she stole from the shadow king while he had a human form, xavier and gambit. she even stole candras heart before she was even ten years old. STorm wasn't adopted or anything like that she kept on stealing until she traveled to the serengetti plains at which she was a teenager. with all these facts she easily could be just as good.

Gambit's things were usually one of a kind art/jewlery type stuff which was desired by whoever was paying him, well, I'm sure he stole money when he was a kid too and apples and bread, that kind of thing.
