Superman, power-wise is obviously vastly superior to wolverine and may only have a little difficulty with juggernaut, magneto, proteus, Apoc and sinister, the rest would be easy........ if he's just taking Wolvy's place in the x-men and has the team to back him up then he'll have no trouble

Batman (with no prior knowledge of these characters) may not survive, his biggest challanges would be venom, carnage, king pin and green goblin he may get some trouble from mysterio as well, but the rest are pretty stupid and he'd find a way to take them down. I know doc ock isn't stupid but bat boy will have enough in his belt to take him down, unless ock gets a hit in before bat pulls out a gas can or something....... then he'd be paste

You should explain a little bit more. Anyways Batman has A Batmobile and plane,even boat and cycle . He doesnt even need it to take down the retarted goblins.He would beat the hell out of the lizard and rhino. Shocker will get knocked out before he even blasts anyone. He uses sonics on the symbiotes. The rest like the scorpian,craven mysterio and so are just a joke. When it comes down to it its batman Vs Doc Ock or the kingpin.

As for superman. he Beats most of them . I dn if he could beat protuis(or w/e) Apocolypse and omega red, He would also have some trouble with magneto

N Batman is the man - he should be able to stand up to - and defeat - most of Spideys bad guys. Even t Symbiotes wouldn't stand a chance as Bats would figure out their weaknesses (sonics/fire) as soon as he encounters them.

so you're placing batman in MU new york with full knowledge of spider-man's rogues gallery then? how would he beat the hell out of lizard or rhino? rhino has gone toe to toe with thing and hulk and is still walking around, lizard is way faster than batman...... but it's conceivable bat could win..... it just wouldn't be through fighting, he'd need to use some trick
green goblin is very intelligent, has a lot of weapons and is, again, way faster and stronger than batman..... shocker is a bit of a joke...... IF he knows about symbiotes the sonics could work, but they have become more and more capable of withstanding sonic attacks and could wreck whatever weapon he uses, scorpion is pretty dumb and, even though he is, AGAIN, stronger and faster, i can see him losing, mysterio is very tricky and would disoriantate the hell out of batman, that'd be more interesting than scorpion's fight, kraven used to be tough, not so much now that he's dead, ock could take him, but he is just an average man when you get past the arms, so i wouldn't put a lot of money on him
kingpin....... it's possible batman could take down some of kingpins operations, but i doubt he'd get a decisive victory over him anytime soon, kingpin almost always walks away spotless, and he's definately able to hold his own in a fist fight with batman

i think norman osbourn could make his life very difficult

i think the real point is that wolverine probably couldn't handle even half this list solo, it's more like "can superman replace the x-men" than "can he replace wolverine"

Batman has faced people like killer crco clayface and bane. Its not like every person thats stronger and faster than batman could break his spine. Batman could take the lizard with all that stuff in his belt. He could use cables explosives and stuff. Also i saw batman use a blinding light and turns on his eye piece(rador over his eyes or something so he could see, mayeb sun glasses but w/e) so while they are blinded bats will beat them up before it wares out. It would be easy for bats to take dopwn green goblins glider, aand if bats has his remote control plane its over in a flash.

i still doubt he could actually hurt the rhino, and GG is no pushover, with or without his glider, GG is loaded with bombs and lasers and other stuff, plus his glider is remote controlled as well, it'd be a good match up

Batman will jump out the way and rhino runs into a wall, Then bats would use his Bat Cable to tie his horns on the other side.

Or Bats would use his eletric Batarangs and will shock the retart untill he drops on one knee, when this is done bats would throw his explosive batarangs in his face.

He could also use the jack things that pop car tires and rhino steps on them.

Batman has a remote control car with missles oil rockets and other crap in it that could burn rhino. Batman took care of bane a couple times without stoping the venom so i see him have no problem with rhino

Seriously, Venom and Carnage would slaughter Batman since he has no idea what their weaknesses are. If Batman actually finds out, it'll be too late.

the wall/tied horn thing wouldn't work as rhino would either go straight through the wall or just rip it down, the jacks wouldn't penetrate his feet, rhino can take a hell of a lot of electricity and bombs but the oil rocket thing could work, i don't know how well rhino can take fire

I see Batman cruising with his Bat Mobile and his remote control jet blowing up the Goblins taking out venom and carnage with sonics, and the rest are just a joke.

Superman Might have problems in wolverines town though with them sick mutants. wolverine cant even survive that good in his own town.

For Superman aside from Magneto, Proteus, Apok the rest get pimp slap quickly. Sinister standing a chance? give me an effing break. That's fanboyism talking right down the line there.
Batman, now that's a challenge. Carnage, Venom would slaughter him unless he knew of their weaknesses prior. Rhino would stomp him into oblivion. Rhino is a beast, a real freakin' beast.
King Pin's influence and criminal mind is powerful stuff but he will prevail cuz he deals with Ra on a regular and Joker as well.
Doc is strong but not very mobile and like SM can use the tentacles to his disadvantage.
Kraven- Now that would be interesting for awhile but if Bats can handle a Predator then Kraven is not much of a threat.

lollll true, but Batman will run over rhino or blow him to hell with his Bat Mobile and jet. As for as Venom/Carnage goes , every thing well almost everything in Batmans belt explodes into fire or make loud noises so he will find out by accident.

He usually uses gas pellets as decoy/camouflage.

I mean Bat's would have to just start throwing everything in his belt and he doesn't do that and won't have a chance when these guys are closing in on him. They would cut his cable from his grappling hook in midair and gut him before he hits the ground.
