RealOne Player wont open

I double click on it and the hourglass appears next to the mouse icon but it goes away and it doesn't open.

restart pc, works for me...

It's been going on for the past few days, I've restarted my computer since then and still it doesn't open.

If it doesn't open soon I'll introduce my computer to my hammer.

No way! I've got tonnes of songs on it and I'm not going to scarifice them.

a reinstall shouldn't make a difference to your library...

if you want to make absolutely sure find the source folder which is usually:

C : \My Music

and make a back up copy and then copy them back...

It because your using that shit of a program.

Get WMP 10.

umm then save the songs to a disk and upload them when you re download the thing
