Cancelled tv show from the 90's?

I remember watching a tv show from the 90's i think. It may have been showed on the weekends only...maybe late night. I think it was about a group of people who were training to be police officers, or somthing close to that? I remember them wearing light blue "jump suits?"

Does anyone know what the name of this show is? I haven't seen it on in several years.
