Webdocs! & Teaser!

Who's here has Webdoc #11 & 13? And how do I post my Final Cut Pro Fan Teaser? It's around 4.6 meg and it is getting pretty good reaction. I filled the Teaser with big booms and Vader breathing, It's fun! How do I post it with a web host? Any ideas fellas?
